Target:
The function of the Mini Swimming Squad is:
Introduce swimmers to the regular training and sportmanship.
Developing stroke techniques and skills.
Swimmers will be aiming to compete and achieve at a local, region competitions.
Goal:
Is to develop the athletes personal attitudes so that we can enhance their swimming ability. Swimmers will know how to take his/her responsibility in water as they do in life, and they will understand how to control their bodies in any situation
Squad Criteria:
Good technique for all strokes; Availability to swim 100m of each stroke at the competition.
Minimum Training Commitment:
All swimmers in Mini Squad must understand that this is a competitive squad and a minimum of 3 classes per week must be attended.
Minimum Equipment Required:
Kick board, Pull buoy, Fins, Snorkel & Paddles.
Target:
The function of the Junior Swimming Squad is:
To educate the swimmer on their regular and correct training.
Developing and improving stroke techniques, turns and starts.
Swimmers will be aiming to compete and achieve at a local, region competition.
Given the step by step guidance to start to comprehend the importance of work and the ability to setting goals.
Goal:
Is to develop the athletes personal attitudes so that we can enhance their swimming ability. Swimmers will know how to take his/her responsibility in water as they do in life, and they will understand how to control their bodies in any situation
Squad Criteria:
Availability to swim any 200m of each stroke (Except 200m Fly) during the competition.
Minimum Training Commitment:
All swimmers in Elite Performance Squad must understand that this is a competitive squad and a minimum of 4 classes per week must be attended.
Minimum Equipment Required:
Kick board, Pull buoy, Fins, Snorkel & Paddles.

The function of the Competition Swimming Squads is to introduce swimmers to a greater self-knowledge with the help of aids such as:
More advance training techniques and programs.
Swimmers will be aiming to compete and achieve at a local, regional and home national competitions.

Kick board, Pull buoy, Fins, Snorkel & Paddles.

The function of the Elite Performance Squad is to enhance swimmers’:
Power, velocity, stamina and techniques,
Planning customized programs, if there exists the need, according to the characteristics of the athlete.
Swimmers will be aiming to compete and achieve at a local, regional and home national competitions, and to have the full awareness of their feelings, improving the ability to maintain focus and set goals.
Goal:
